Cancellation Policy: SPASforafrica adheres to the individual cancellation policies of our spas.
Spa Cancellation Policy:
-A minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation for a single appointment.
-A minimum of 48 hours for packages or appointments with two people or more.
-Any cancellations not meeting these criteria is subject to cancellation fee of 50% of all services reserved, no shows are charged full price.
Lodge Cancellation Policy:
-Less than 4 weeks Notice - 25% of Total Daily Rate Quoted
-Less than 3 weeks Notice - 50% of Total Daily Rate Quoted
-Less than 2 weeks Notice - 75% of Total Daily Rate Quoted
-Less than 1 week Notice - 80% of Total Daily Rate Quoted
-No Show - 100% of Total Daily Rate Quoted

-Turn left on the R526 at the T-Junction ( 6km after Mica)
-Drive 58km till you reach the next 4-way stop and go straight
-Drive 12km till you reach the second 4-way stop go straight
-Tzaneen Country Lodge will be on your left 150m after that 4-way stop
