Spa Cancellation Policy: Cancellations / Rescheduling 5 days before your booking will carry a 10% fee 3 days before your booking will have a 25% fee within 3 days and no shows will have a 100% Cancellation fee No refunds will be issued - should a booking be cancelled, the cancellation fee will be deducted and the balance of the payment will be placed on a gift voucher.

Directions: From Durban/Richardsbay
-Travel orth on N2.
-Approximately 50km after Richardsbay/Empangeni turn right towards Mtubatuba.
-Turn left at the T-junction.
-As you exit Mtubutuba town, turn right on the R618 towards St Lucia.
-After 30km you will cross over the lake and enter St Lucia town. -Turn right at the traffic circle into McKenzie Street.
-Keep straight and look out for St Pizza restaurant/Engen fuel station on your left-hand side.
-Use parking in front of St Pizza restaurant.
-Take staircase between St Pizza restaurant and Scatterings of Africa craft shop, and follow the veranda to the back of the building.
From Johannesburg/Pongola/Hluhluwe
-Travel south on N2.
-Approximately 50km after Hluhluwe take the Mtubatuba turn-off. Turn left on top off the turn-off bridge.
-Travel +/- 3km.
-Turn left on to the R618 before Mtubutuba town, towards St Lucia. -After 30km you will cross over the lake and enter St Lucia town. Turn right at the traffic circle into McKenzie Street.
-Keep straight and look out for St Pizza restaurant/Engen fuel station on your left-hand side.
-Use parking in front of St Pizza restaurant.
