FAQ's:
What time is check in/out?
Check in is normally at 14h00, however there is nothing stopping you from arriving earlier and just enjoying the outdoor views, maybe a hike, maybe some bird watching.
Are rooms cottage or hotel style room?
Cottage style interior and it is your own room - not shared unless with your partner.
Are there nearby restaurants or are there meals that we can purchase at the venue?
There are 3 Four Star hotel's within approximately 8/9 km of the Retreat i.e. Drakensberg Sun, which have restaurants and there are a few restaurants in the centre (which is approximately a 10km round trip drive) nearby the Retreat. The Retreat also provides Lunch and Dinner @ R85.00 per meal - please request Doshas Menu.
Is breakfast included for the duration of the stay?
Yes.
Which day are the treatments done, is there a schedule?
The treatments and normally done the 2nd day and the schedule is agreed with the guests on arrival as availability is checked however all residence get preference on treatment time.
Which day is the hike on, please provide information on the hike?
The hike is a self guided hike and you can choose to do it on whichever day you wish.
Is there security at the venue?
Yes there is a security guard on duty at all times.
Is there secure parking?
Yes, the parking area is fenced in and guarded.
Is there a branch in Johannesburg?
No there is no branch in Johannesburg as this is a Ayurvedic Wellness Retreat in the Drakensberg and is privately owned.

Directions: Winterton is the closest town (25 km) but there is a supermarket at Cedarwood (opposite Champagne Sports - 9 km from Lodge and Delis and Shopping Centers at Thokozisa and Cedarwood.
